Do you experience stress in your daily life? Are you looking for ways to reduce it?
While stress is a natural and necessary part of our lives, excessive feelings of stress can take a lot of energy. You can also experience stress in your daily life as a volunteer.
Stress is not only in your head but you can also feel it in your body. In this workshop we mainly focus on the body and we will work with body-oriented exercises, among other things. These are simple and can be done by anyone, whatever shape your body is.
At the end of the workshop you have done various exercises and received advice that you can use in your daily life to experience more relaxation.
For your information :
- comfortable clothing and flat shoes are nice when doing the exercises.
- Less mobile people can do all the exercises while sitting.
