The Job Market Volunteering is coming up. And on Monday, October 10. How do you optimally prepare for that?
But you notice that little comes out. Do you recognize this? Then take part in this workshop.
You will learn how to make a success of your booth. Also useful as preparation for the job fair that the Volunteer Center is organizing on Monday 10 October.
The evening consists of two mini-workshops:
The score
·Why are we here? What do we want to achieve? Which visitors come here?
· How do we ensure that the stand looks attractive?
· How do you stand in the booth? How do you reduce the distance between yourself and the visitor?
· How do you have a good conversation? What questions do you ask? How can you tell if someone is interested and how do you generate interest?
· What actions can still be taken to get the most out of the information market?
Make video
You learn to make a short video with your smartphone. You can use this in the run-up to an event where you are standing. Of course you can also use this video at other times to recruit volunteers.
This way you are well prepared and you get the most out of an event where you have a stand/table.
