Administrative volunteer #Meedoenbalie on asylum boat in harbor canal

Every Tuesday from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm you process the registrations of the #participation desk.

The #participation desk is a project at the 3 AZCs. As a result, asylum seekers can participate in Wageningen society from day one. By doing volunteer work, but also through social activities such as sports and coffee mornings in the city. They can also participate in language lessons to learn Dutch right away.

What are you going to do?

Colleagues speak to residents of the AZC every week and explain to them which activities they can register for. You process the registration forms in an Excel file. You also put the telephone numbers in the mobile phone.

Working hours:

Tuesday from 3:15 pm to 5:15 pm on the emergency shelter boat in the harbor of Wageningen (Het Stek)

What we ask?

You can work well with Excel. You are accurate. You can handle a dynamic work environment. You can work independently. The data must be processed immediately.

What do we offer you?

A varied workplace in which you work independently. You are well trained. You can ask your questions to the project leader. Twice a year we have a nice meeting to thank you and to meet other volunteers.
