Due to the growth of our group of youngest members (D / E youth) we are looking for an assistant trainer to teach them the principles of volleyball in a playful way
On Mondays from 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm, our D / E youth (players from 5 - 12 years) receive lessons from our trainer. Given the growth of the group to now 11 players, we are looking for an assistant trainer, who will help our trainer with training. This group first learns to throw and catch the first steps of volleyball. The older children then continue with more difficult exercises to learn the different techniques.
Experience as a trainer is not required, you will be guided. We are looking for people who enjoy dealing with young children and making them enthusiastic for volleyball. If you want to see what it means, then you are very welcome to come and have a look at the training sessions.

Sportiness, team spirit, but also socializing are characteristics that encompass The Smashers during the training sessions for competition players and the game nights for holidaymakers. However, these can also be found in other activities that The Smashers provides inside and outside the association, such as the volleyball camp, the Oliebollentoernooi and the well-known, recreational Ascension Tournament.
