Detailed description
The youth coach guides young people from minority groups in all kinds of issues they encounter in daily life. They still live with their parents or independently. A number of young people do not have a valid residence document from the age of 18. Return to the country of origin is then an important option. The coach supports them in structuring their lives. The coach thinks about their future, makes choices and stimulates their self-resolving capacity. In doing so, the coach starts from the young person's talents and his / her own strength.

You are between 20 and 35 years old, you have at least an MBO + level, you are decisive and assertive, able to touch the perception of these young people with your attitude and behavior. You are also practical. Being able to deal with resistance is a skill that we consider important in working with young people.What volunteers need
