The museum is located on the bastion Turfpoort in Naarden-Vesting, the best preserved fortified city in the Netherlands and even unique in Europe due to its star shape with double ramparts and canals. On the outside area of this 17th century heritage site is a collection of historic cannons on display and you can walk around in a park-like setting.
