Voor wie?
Voor vrijwilligers die zich gastvrij willen opstellen in hun vrijwilligerswerk in bijvoorbeeld een Buurtkamer of bij een groepsactiviteit.
Inhoud:
Tijdens de workshop komt aan de orde:
- Gastvrij werken;
- Basisvaardigheden:
- Persoonlijke presentatie: kleding/uiterlijke verzorging;
- Taalgebruik/mimiek;
- Actieve houding;
- Herkenbaarheid;
- Communicatie;
- Verbindende rol.
