In this group training you will learn how to properly deal with people with dementia that you encounter during volunteer work.
The first part is about dementia and especially about how to recognize dementia.
In the second part you will receive information about the GOED method of Samen Dementie Vriendelijk. There is interaction between the participants and the trainers at various times and questions can be asked. In this training you will learn how to cope well and make contact with people with dementia!
In advance you can name (possibly) situations in dealing with people with dementia that you would like to see discussed.
