Telephonist Voluntary Home Help Gooise Meren

We are looking for a new volunteer who will answer the phone during our opening hours 10-12 hours, 1x per 14 days (together with a colleague) on Monday or Thursday. As a telephone operator, you help residents of Gooise Meren by linking the request for help to the volunteer offer. It concerns practical questions such as shopping, small chores in the house and garden and a visit, these fall under the Voluntary Home Help. There are also many questions about transport, these fall under Automaat. We work with a registration system, therefore experience with the computer is necessary.

Special Conditions:

Induction method and supervision: You will be trained by the telephone operator colleague at the workplace. Social workers from Versa Welzijn coordinate and supervise the telephony team and we have team meetings 5 times a year.
