Secretary

UNICEF has a mission : to ensure that every country respects and respects the rights of children as enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child. This is the best assignment you can get and that UNICEF wants to carry out as well as possible together with governments, companies, individuals and children. UNICEF Breda also contributes to the objectives of UNICEF Netherlands through fundraising, events and information. With this unpaid but priceless work, we want to contribute to the well-being of children all over the world!

What does a secretary do?

As a secretary you are the spider in the web: you are responsible for the information flow to and from UNICEF Netherlands and the volunteers of the region. You make reports of meetings and manage the regional volunteer file, of which you short-circuit changes with the office. You will work closely with the chairman and volunteer coordinator to ensure that all administration is in order and up to date.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who would like to have contact with all volunteers within the regional team. As a secretary you enjoy sharing information, you are accurate, have administrative skills and are a real team player.
