Create and execute plans to get trans people out.
As a case manager you'll be trained in how the international migration and asylum system works. You'll use that knowledge to help trans people find a way out of dangerous countries.
This work requires a long term commitment. Training case managers consumes resources. We understand it takes a while to know if this is the 'right' work for you, but we do expect some commitment.
The work can be emotionally hard. You'll be dealing with trans people in desperate situations.
This position can be done from anywhere in the world.
English is required. Another language is very welcome.
People who have been refugees often make the best case managers. Knowing Arabic and Arab culture is very useful.
Sadly, we're a mostly English language shop. We're not an opportunity to improve your Dutch.
