What are you going to do?

• You are responsible for the appearance of the store
• Supervision of the volunteers
• You develop a long-term vision for the store together with the board
• Point of contact for volunteers regarding day-to-day matters in the store

Who are we looking for?

An enthusiastic colleague with a passion for charity, who:

• Has an affinity with the working environment of a store
• Has an approachable attitude and can easily make contact with various people
• sees the bigger picture and has a sense of a professional appearance of the store that fits TdH
• Experience as a manager is an advantage
• Some digital skills
• Commitment and affinity with the mission of TdH

This is a function based on voluntary commitment. Almost 1700 volunteers are committed in the more than 40 Terre des Hommes stores in the Netherlands. The proceeds from our stores go to our projects. With our stores we also ensure that items that are no longer used are put to good use again.
