Detailed description
As a steward at Telstar 1963 NV, you are the first point of contact for supporters. This means that you fulfill an important customer-friendly voluntary role within Telstar 1963 NV. In addition, you have an important function: performing access control, monitoring safety and the atmosphere in the Stadium. We find it important that our stewards convey this in a customer-friendly manner and host/hostessship is of paramount importance. We are looking for enthusiastic people who are strong in their shoes and have a passion for Telstar 1963 NV
You are:
- Minimum age 18
- Service is your specialty
- Well-groomed and representative
- Always have a helping hand
- Affinity with safety
- Dares to address others' behavior
- Flexible and stress-resistant
- Available for the White Lions matches
In your role as football steward:
- Ensuring service and safety
- Working in a stadium
- Providing assistance in general
- Speaking to visitors
- Working together as a team with emergency services
