About Technieklokaal Berkelstreek

Technology is interesting, technology is versatile. Without technology, our society would look very different. It is of great importance that attention continues to be paid to technology in general and technology promotion in particular. Technieklokaal Berkelstreek would like to contribute to this.
We have a modern technology room. This room is used by primary schools from the municipalities of Berkelland and Lochem. Pupils from groups 7 and 8 are given the opportunity to experience how much fun technology is. They get to work with all kinds of matters related to metal, electrical engineering, installations and construction, among other things. We also have a room where students come into contact with a different side of technology. Matters related to thinking, discovery, innovation and sustainability are central here.
The whole is managed by the BTO Berkelstreek foundation. This stands for Promotion of Technology Education.
