Het algemeen bestuurslid heeft een eigen taak en verantwoordelijkheid binnen de stichting; namelijk de digitale verjonging, verbetering en ondersteuning van alle andere specialisaties binnen de organisatie. Daarvoor vragen wij dan ook een persoon met jong en fris inzicht en ervaring.
Taken van dit bestuurslid bestaan uit:
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Promotie en acquisitie en werving via media kanalen.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Digitale voorstellen doen en beleidsontwikkelingen bewaken en bijsturen.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Belangenbehartiging voor bestuursleden.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Optreden als digitale vertegenwoordiger van het bestuur in commissies binnen de organisatie.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Ook het jonge publiek weten te raken en verbinden in de wijk.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Periodiek overleg voeren met werkgroepen en gebruikers.
●      Specifieke media en communicatie taken uitvoeren in overleg met collega’s met andere specifieke taken, zoals personeel, Promotie, gebouwbeheer, Projecten, ect.

Deze bestuursfunctie kost ongeveer 4 uur per week (indicatief). De tijd is zelf in te delen. Je bent daarnaast beschikbaar voor de noodzakelijke vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten. De functie is onbezoldigd.

The district council is an independent and independent advisory body. District councils have been established in the context of administrative renewal. With the formation of a neighborhood council, a municipality wants to give citizens more influence on, among other things, the spending of public money. The ward councilors are committed and active people who live or work in the ward. They are elected democratically or not by local residents, or they register themselves. The district council advises the municipal executive, solicited and unsolicited, about developments and/or problems in the district.
What is the purpose of the neighborhood council De Bothoven?
The mission of the neighborhood council is to reduce the distance between government and citizens and to involve residents in the physical management and quality of life of the neighbourhood.

The neighborhood council believes it is important that residents feel at home in their neighborhood and feel connected to it. The neighborhood council wants the residents to be proud of their neighborhood and that the residents "know each other". As a neighborhood council, we like to encourage residents to help each other and have fun together.

The neighborhood council likes to work together with residents, associations, authorities from the neighborhood and professionals who have a role in the neighborhood such as the municipality of Enschede, entrepreneurs. The district council would also like to cooperate with parties outside the district, for example with other district councils.
Ambitions, the neighborhood council wants:
Strengthening “cooperation” of the residents; Encouraging residents to take initiatives for the neighborhood themselves (if they want to!); Support and organize activities for and by the neighbourhood; Being well informed about what is happening in the neighborhood and what is going on; To be the discussion partner for the municipality on topics that concern the neighbourhood; Communicate clearly and openly. Show us what we do and what the ward council contributes to.
What does the district council do?
Organizing neighborhood meetings;
Maintaining a website and sending newsletters;
Participate in the preparation of municipal plans;
Supporting residents' initiatives;
Assess district budget requests
Solicited and unsolicited B&W advice on matters affecting the city centre;
Monitor and contribute to committee and council meetings;
