About Stichting Wijkplatform De Bothoven

The ward council consists of residents of the Bothoven and is voluntary work. We work together with various parties that are active in our neighborhood. These different parties are: various healthcare institutions, entrepreneurs, the municipality of Enschede, a local police officer and housing corporations Domijn and De Woonplaats. Once a week, the ward council discusses the various developments in a closed meeting. From 2016, there is a public neighborhood council meeting 4 times a year where everyone is welcome and where the coffee and tea is ready.
We are working on:
- Development Bothoven Noord (Performance Factory, Vitens site and Freinetschool)
- Improve traffic situation
- Organization Bothoven Festival
- Neighborhood budgets
- Assess neighborhood budgets
- Paint meter boxes in the neighborhood
