During a Wigwam holiday, you will supervise children with disabilities or their siblings during an activity programme offered by us.
Detailed description
Wigwam holidays are holidays for (families with) children and young people with disabilities.
These holidays take place at 7 locations in the Netherlands: in Heusden, Heel, Heeten, Valkenburg, s Gravenzande and Koudekerke and during the winter holidays also in Arnhem.
We are looking for volunteers to supervise children with disabilities during the daytime activities we offer. We are also looking for volunteers to supervise their siblings during this program.
This way, parents have some time for themselves and each other, something these families find incredibly luxurious! It's a vacation for the whole family!
Will you help?
We are also looking for people to cook for the volunteers during these holidays and/or provide household support.
