Will you be our new telephone voice for 1.5 hours every 14 days?Detailed description
What do we ask of you
It is nice that you have a clear telephone voice and that you are able to analyze a request for help. You must then be able to convert the request for help into appropriate follow-up actions and you register the requests for help. It is nice if you can work independently, have experience with computers and have a friendly and helpful attitude. In addition, there is a meeting with all telephone guards every 6 weeks.
