As a Social Media Marketer you play a crucial role within the foundation, both towards our target group and other stakeholders.

As a Social Media Marketer you play a crucial role within the foundation, both towards our target group and towards other stakeholders (government, semi-government, NGOs, etc.).
Activities
- (Co-)drafting, further refining and implementing the Marketing Strategy for the foundation.
- Maintaining and expanding existing communities and social media channels (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X).
- Building and maintaining relationships with members of the communities and social media channels.
- Content creation, management and planning.
- The promotion of events with local employers and companies.
- The promotion of company visits for refugees and asylum seekers with the aim of gaining knowledge and insight.
- Collaborate with local governments, companies, educational institutions and social organizations.
- The promotion of community-oriented events to promote social integration between our target group and society.
What do we expect from you?
- Genuine interest in refugees, asylum seekers, and status holders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Empathy, patience and respect for diverse cultures, backgrounds, regardless of gender and creed.
- Enterprising, not afraid to make new contacts and step outside your comfort zone.
- Availability for up to 24 hours per week, with flexibility in working hours as an advantage.
- Command of Dutch.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in another language such as Arabic and/or Tigrigna and/or Ukrainian is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with social media marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe, etc. is an advantage.
