About Stichting Trajectum

Trajectum offers specialist treatment and guidance to people with a mild intellectual disability and misunderstood and risky behavior. Some of our clients have a forensic background. Our locations can be found in the north and east of the country, but our clients come from all over the Netherlands.
Clients receive tailor-made help.
Our clients receive a treatment, guidance and / or activity plan that is tailor-made for them. The care therefore fits exactly to the client himself. We organize care in a chain of forms of assistance. This means that there is a form of care for every care requirement. Whatever the client needs, we are going to help him.
If the client can handle it, he moves on to the next part of the chain. This can be at Trajectum, or at an organization we work with.
