The Trajectum Foundation offers professional and scientifically based treatment and guidance to people with a mild intellectual disability and misunderstood and risky behavior, with or without a forensic background. With this, Trajectum wants to achieve that clients are better able to function in a responsible and acceptable manner in society. The Trajectum Foundation does not apply exclusion criteria for the target group. \ N \nActivities \n \nTrajectum offers every client a tailor-made treatment and / or guidance and / or activity plan. We organize this in a chain of forms of assistance. Within Trajectum's own chain, or at chain partners. The care range that Trajectum offers is very diverse and includes treatment, accommodation, outpatient support, outpatient treatment, meddling care and work and activities.
