We are looking for a secretary who has a passion for connecting, collaborating, listening, combating discrimination and exclusion. We want a diverse board in age, cultural background and origin to create a foundation that can make a difference for Apeldoorners in the area.

Vacancy Secretary Board

(4-8 hours per month)

The Samenspraak Foundation is looking for a secretary with a passion for connecting, collaborating, listening and combating discrimination and exclusion. We want a diverse board in all respects to achieve a foundation with Samenspraak that can make a difference for all Apeldoorn residents.

About Stichting Samenspraak

Stichting Samenspraak Apeldoorn wants to combat discrimination, exclusion and polarisation. We do this by bringing people from Apeldoorn into conversation through a dialogue. Committed volunteers and a paid employee who manages the project office work at Stichting Samenspraak. The project office supports the volunteers in organizing the activities. A number of volunteers who are at a distance from the labor market work at the project office, who gain work experience and can thus start working more quickly in a regular job.

What are you going to do?

Assess whether received documents should be brought to the attention of the board

· Ensure that board members and stakeholders have relevant information in a timely manner

Collect, organize and manage relevant information in an accessible archive

Prepare the agenda together with the chairman

· Reporting of meetings

Send meeting documents, reports and agenda to board membersleden

· Carry out other correspondence

Draw up the policy plan and annual report together with the chairman

· Monitor the registration with the Chamber of Commerce

· Drafting contracts to third parties

Supporting the project office in drawing up contracts

Who are you?

For the secretary role, you will possess the following abilities and skills:

· Leadership skills

Knowledge of software (Google Drive, Microsoft Office)

· Service institution

· Organizational ability

· Administrative experience

Knowledge of and affinity with the organization

· Team player

· Good social qualities

· Good oral and written communication skills

About Stichting Samenspraak Apeldoorn (Apeldoorn in Dialoog)

Stichting Samenspraak Apeldoorn draagt bij aan begrip voor verschillen tussen de diverse mensen uit Apeldoorn. Dat doen we door “samenspraak” in Apeldoorn te bevorderen tussen mensen van verschillende afkomst, levensovertuiging, cultuur, achtergronden, uiterlijk en niveau. Doordat je luistert naar de ander en naar zijn of haar dromen en doordat de ander ook naar jou luistert, doe je ervaringen op die je de rest van je leven bij kunnen blijven.

We zijn in de buurt en organiseren evenementen waar Apeldoorners met elkaar in dialoog kunnen gaan. Hiervoor leidt Samenspraak Apeldoorners tot gespreksbegeleiders op die de gesprekken begeleiden volgens de Dialoogmethode.

Wij nemen als stichting Samenspraak ook zelf het initiatief voor het organiseren van de gesprekken, zodat op verschillende plekken in Apeldoorn mensen met diverse achtergronden met elkaar in samenspraak kunnen komen.

Stichting Samenspraak is een initiatief van Apeldoorners. Belangrijke kernwaarden zijn gelijkwaardigheid, kwaliteit, waardering, aansluiting, diversiteit, inclusiviteit en samenwerking.
