Tasks and activities
You will start as a supervisor in a training program for people who have a distance from the labor market. Among the participants include status holders and also people who have a slight disorder in the autistic spectrum.
The training that will soon start, is a training in ICT practice and theory. Knowledge of ICT is not a requirement. Interest in or affinity with IT is of course welcome. What is especially important is that you enjoy working with people.
Skills and qualities
What is especially important as a supervisor is that you enjoy working with people. A little knowledge of people can be useful in this. During the training participants can ask you questions and you can assist them. You can also support the trainer. & Nbsp;
