Tasks and activities

The activities of the Empower Yourself Foundation are on the rise! This means that we are looking for a good administrative power.

Are you practical and can you separate main issues from side issues? Do you work accurately? Are you a decisive team player who wants to free up time on a voluntary basis in order to achieve our goals? Then SEY invites you to come and support our foundation as an administrative assistant.

You offer administrative and organizational support for approximately 16 to 24 hours a week.

You manage the agenda.

Handles telephone and written questions.

Does mail and mail processing.

Organizes meetings.

Notes when necessary in meetings and discussions.

Skills and qualities

You have extensive experience as secretary / secretary

You have knowledge and extensive experience with Windows, Microsoft Office and Excel.

You have good social and communicative skills skills.

You have a proactive attitude.

You are able to work independently as well as in a team.
