At Stichting de Ulebelt, we are immediately looking for an HR advisor on a voluntary basis

• Advising management on HR issues at an operational and strategic level • Developing, professionalizing and implementing the personnel policy (and vision) • Acting as a point of contact for employees in the HR field • Designing and professionalizing policy in the field of absenteeism , training and education • Supervising absenteeism processes and recruitment and retirement processes • Developing and implementing (individual) programs aimed at personal development • (Co-) recruiting and selecting new employees and supervising / executing the application procedure • (Co-) executing salary and personnel administration; including updating (and keeping them up-to-date) digital personnel files and keeping time registrations • (Co-) compiling job and competence profiles • Maintaining contacts with external parties, such as trade union or cooperation partner • Supervising correct application of law - and regulations (for example social legislation, company procedures, employment contracts and the Gatekeeper Improvement Act)

Working hours

start with 16 / week, reduce to 8 hours / week to be determined in consultation with the day / half-days
