About Stichting De Ster
De Ster Foundation has been helping children and young people to develop and strengthen a positive self-image for over 10 years. We give children and young people (8 to 16 years) a helping hand during our holiday camps in the field of self-confidence, resilience and dealing with insecurity, bullying, friendship and standing up for yourself. Research by the University of Amsterdam (UvA) shows that the programs of Stichting De Ster have a positive effect on insecure children and young people in both the short and long term. \n \nActivities \n \nAs a supervisor at camp, you will work as a coach, actor, movement expert or general supervisor, appropriate to your background and experience. Together with a diverse team of other enthusiasts, you will bring our theories of the STRONG formula to the children / young people, reinforced by many moments of fun, dressing up, games, songs, pillow fights and other craziness. Children and young people learn from and with each other in a safe, secure environment.
