Do you have a passion for cooking? Would you like to guide a friendly group of migrant women in the (pre) preparation of dishes?
Who are we?
The Da Capo Foundation supports migrant women in better integration and participation in society. It does this by offering various activities and training programmes. One of the activities is cooking.
Activities
The cooking studio currently has various activities.
- Cooking takeaway menus on Mondays and Wednesdays
- Making soups and snacks on Friday
- Occasional catering on request
- cooking workshops
- Kookcafe: cooking in couples (1 migrant and 1 Dutchman) for a group of 12-16 people. Eating together. (still to start)
We are looking for
We are looking for a cook or someone who likes to cook (hobby) and has some knowledge of social hygiene. You can manage people, come up with recipes or look up and implement them properly.
At the moment we are mainly looking for someone who can support the catering, supervise the workshops and start up and supervise the new cooking cafe.

Time commitment
We are currently looking for someone for the catering jobs and possibly the takeaway meals.
The catering jobs are on request. That's occasionally. As a coordinator you supervise everything and you make sure that the group knows what will be made and you do the shopping.
Cooking workshops are on request, but we want to intensify them. You can play a part in that as a volunteer. The workshops are in consultation (afternoon / evening).
