Wanted: administrative assistant for a growing voluntary organization that supports families with a child with type 1 diabetes.
D-Support is a small foundation that receives an increasing number of registrations from all over the country. The administration is converted into another system, and help is needed with this.
An accurate conversion of data from e-mail to an online system is currently required. Another activity is creating accounts for the online tutorials for babysitters and teachers. Thanks to your efforts, you make it possible for parents / carers to safely entrust their child with type 1 diabetes to schools, after-school care and the babysitter.
You will be trained by the coordinator at the office in Deventer.
You will have access to a laptop, a monitor (double screen) and, if necessary, a telephone for calling contacts to check data.
The working hours are flexible, in consultation with the coordinator (who has varying working hours). There is time for fun and attention to your ambitions. Of course you can count on good guidance.
After the induction period, some of the work can also take place at home, with regular coordination with the coordinator.
