Why are we starting this project?

As a fast-growing foundation, we want to professionalize our back office. Ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from the projects with individual team members to incoming emails and guiding new donors and ambassadors.

What do we need?

• Flexible support in professionalizing our back office
• Executive assistance with:
• Relationship management support and give attention to ambassadors/volunteers/donors
• Help with back office activities (central mailbox for example).
• Monitor project management (Trello system).
• Help with approaching and follow-up various media (PR).

A project manager who can help us with a project or initiative that we are going to start. Knowledge within: project support, making contacts, processing and drawing up task lists, managing planning, etc.
