We are looking for a volunteer to support the Apeldoorn Trust and Asset Management Foundation (SBVA) with administrative tasks.
Duties include: answering telephones; entering client bank details into an automated system; preparing client accounts and statements for court; preparing payments to clients; and various other tasks.
We are looking for someone who is: meticulous and reliable; can handle confidential information effectively; is enthusiastic and has an affinity for clients with specific care needs; has knowledge of budget management; has a minimum HAVO/MBO (senior general secondary education) education level; holds a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (which can be arranged through the Foundation). Special requirements: the option to take an assistant administrator course; regularly consults and coordinates with the administrator.
