You guide a group of buddies on a regular basis in undertaking an activity. This can be anything. For example, you can think of organizing a sports tournament, a jam session, artistic expression or cooking and eating session. You can decide for yourself. The point is that group formation is stimulated and that the participants have a good time together.
It is important that someone takes the lead, makes agreements, announces the activity and steers it in the right direction. Of course you don't have to do this alone, there are always people who like to help with this.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who likes to work with groups and who wants to organize fun activities. That can be anything.
Working hours
There are no fixed working hours. It would be very nice if there was something to do for the buddies on a regular basis, an activity once every two months would be great. But if you like to do something weekly with a group, that's fantastic!
