Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, taking minutes of meetings and maintaining the agenda.
The Tenants' Council currently consists of 7 people. Our activities consist of guiding residents' committees in their discussions with Woningbedrijf Velsen. But we also sit at the table with the Housing Company and the Municipality of Velsen on topics such as housing construction, sustainability, rental policy, etc. We are looking for a secretary who can support our activities administratively.
