For Spring, Corona also has an influence on what we love to do: go out together. But, we also look ahead to when we can hit the road again with Spring! In order to be able to continue to organize our hiking trips, we are looking for new tour guides. Are you between 25-38 years old? Do you have hiking experience? Job description:
As a tour guide you play an important role at Spring. Together with your fellow tour guide, you ensure that the trip becomes an unforgettable experience. Both for yourself and for the participants. Every Spring trip is unique. You take care of the preparation, guidance on the way and a neat conclusion after returning home. To be able to do this properly and safely, you follow a course of a number of weekends. You always accompany a journey together with someone. On average you accompany 1 trip per year.Job requirements:
You have social, technical and organizational skills to guide the group safely from A to B. You are accessible, enthusiastic, enjoy working together and involve participants in the journey. You are an experienced (mountain) hiker and have knowledge of maps & compasses. You are proactive, resistant to stress, flexible and solution-oriented. Preferably, you would like to be active as a volunteer for Spring, also outside of traveling, and you plan to commit to Spring for at least two years (we therefore maintain a maximum age of 38 years).What do you have to offer the volunteer ?:

Spring is a volunteer organization that organizes travel by and on for the age group 25-40 years. What could be more fun than planning hiking trips and weekends together and then taking a group on the road? The cosiness of Spring, both during the trip and beyond, is a reason for many volunteers to contribute. And let's not forget, of course, the appreciation of the participants who are very happy with the tour guides who make their trip a wonderful experience.Working time:
On average you accompany 1 trip per year. It is not mandatory to accompany a trip every year and sometimes it is possible to accompany several trips in one year.Related to
