Employee Guided tours

To guide visitors around the site and provide historical information, we are looking for guides / guides. A guide tells the visitors of all ages of Slot Schaesberg, about the project and the fascinating history of Landgoed Slot Schaesberg. He / she will do this during guided tours in the visitor center, on and around the site, in and on the historic castle remnants.

You will be trained by volunteers who have the history of have researched and mapped the Estate. Together you make a catchy and inspiring tour in and around the Estate. The project is progressing steadily and the insights are changing and enriching. That is why you are always trained and keep abreast of project developments and new historical information.

You work together with staff guests to receive and guide visitors and groups around and around the site. You provide good and complete information for a well-informed and satisfied customer. In addition, you help the visitor to find his way on the site and you are able to tell what Landgoed Slot Schaesberg has to offer.

History and hospitality are your passion. You are callable and flexible employable and want to delve into the history of Landgoed Slot Schaesberg and the project, its surroundings and its visitors. You are happy to help and in other cases want to do other work to give Landgoed Schaesberg a name with fame.

We are looking for an enthusiastic independent go-getter who likes to work in a team. You are helpful and have good communication skills. Furthermore, you are proactive and proactive and you are able to function independently within your responsibilities for parts of the day.

For the position it is important that you recognize yourself in the following competences:

• Customer-friendly, result-oriented, accurate, focused on collaboration and professionalism.

We offer you a very challenging and instructive volunteer function, in consultation, at least 4 hours per week (on average) or more, for an indefinite period.
