Based on previous challenges conducted in India and in the United States, the Global Data Challenge (GDC) is an interactive online challenge that empowers college/university students in several locations globally, to be more engaged in demanding change from their local law enforcement agencies regarding public safety for all genders. From the Global Data Challenge, the first group of the Youth League for Safer Cities (YLSC) will be formed.
