What does the job involve:

The Secretary:

• Appoints meetings, organizes the meetings, takes minutes and distributes them;
• Processes incoming and outgoing correspondence (mainly by email) in consultation and monitors its handling if necessary;
• Preparing the consultation of the meeting agenda;
• Taking minutes of the board meetings and taking care of the action list;
• Taking care of the correspondence and concrete documentation of documents in consultation.

What do you need for this:

As secretary you are a person who keeps an overview and works well with the team and sets priorities. In addition, you are communicative.

As competencies, we also expect you to work meticulously, think ahead and have an efficient and structured approach to your task approach.
