Detailed description
We are looking for someone who would like to take on the role of secretary. We offer a nice cozy team that can support you in everything with a possible expense allowance and travel allowance. In short, an ideal place for someone who wants to make a positive contribution.
What does the job involve:
The Secretary:
- Appoints meetings, organizes the meetings, takes minutes and distributes them;
- Processes incoming and outgoing correspondence (mainly by email) in consultation and monitors its handling if necessary;
- Preparing the consultation of the meeting agenda;
- Taking minutes of the board meetings and taking care of the action list;
- Taking care of the correspondence and concrete documentation of documents in consultation.
What do you need for this:
As secretary you are a person who keeps an overview and works well with the team and sets priorities. In addition, you are communicative.
As competencies, we also expect you to work meticulously, think ahead and have an efficient and structured approach to your task approach.
