🌟 Wie zoeken wij?
Heb jij een warm hart voor ouderen en vind je het fijn om iets te betekenen voor mensen? En heb je daarnaast affiniteit met kunst- en cultuur? Voor het Rosa Spier Huis zoeken wij een vriendelijke en geduldige gastheer of gastvrouw op vrijwillige basis, die bezoekers en bewoners een welkom gevoel geeft en doorverwijst. En de externe bezoekers het gevoel meegeeft dat men een huis betreedt waar gewoond en gewerkt wordt.
🎯 Wat ga je doen?
- Bezoekers welkom heten en door verwijzen.
- Kranten en post sorteren en in bakjes leggen
- Een luisterend oor bieden, een praatje maken of rustig begeleiden van zorgbewoners.
- Hulp inroepen van zorgmedewerkers bij onrustig gedrag of hulpvraag van zorgbewoners.
- Ondersteunen bij (kleinschalige) activiteiten in het GallerieCafé, zoals een uitgeleide, een congres of individuele aandacht geven, zoals samen koffie drinken
- Bijdragen aan een vertrouwde, respectvolle en veilige omgeving; het huiselijke gevoel staat voorop!

- Je hebt een vriendelijke, rustige en respectvolle uitstraling.
- Je hebt affiniteit met ouderen en mensen met dementie.
- Je bent geduldig en begrijpt dat contact soms non-verbaal of indirect is.
- Je kunt goed luisteren en sluit aan bij het tempo en de beleving van de bewoners.
- Je bent betrouwbaar en voelt je verantwoordelijk.

The Rosa Spier Huis wants to offer older artists and scientists, preferably with a strong anchoring in the world of art and culture, such a living and working environment that they can continue their artistic and scientific work up to an old age and continue to contribute to cultural life, even if they need care or nursing. The Rosa Spier Huis believes that being able to continue practicing one's own profession is a necessary condition to grow old in a happy and balanced way.
The Rosa Spier House is a residential and working house with a range of additional facilities and spaces in the form of studios, music studios, meeting rooms, a library, a concert and theater hall, a gallery, and a gallery café that together combine the cultural atmosphere and the create an inspiring environment. In this environment older artists and scientists can continue their work despite the old age and related physical limitations. The Rosa Spier House has a national function.
Activities
A volunteer will be used for tasks that she prefers and that she / he has knowledge about.
Volunteers are deployed for various tasks that are not covered by the paid activities. You can think of providing support with our theater performances, walking with residents, reading aloud, accompanying residents during a doctor's or hospital visit, or just a visit to a resident for socializing. There are many more activities to name.
