Everything comes together in the building of the location: volunteers and equipment. You ensure that everything around the building is in tip-top order. The material and clothing for our aid workers are stored in the warehouse. As a logistics coordinator you ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. It is your responsibility that the warehouse is and remains well organized and tidy. In addition, you are responsible for keeping track of stocks and managing the bus, if applicable. Together with the event assistance coordinators, you prepare and plan deployments in the work area of the location. In short, you are an indispensable link in event assistance!

What are you going to do?
You take care of the management of the building of the location and the bus, if applicable
· You are ultimately responsible for managing the warehouse, preparing and transporting bandages and other matters for emergency assistance at events.
· You are responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the building.
- You are responsible for replenishing the stock such as coffee and toilet paper.
· You ensure that the first aid (practice) material is always in order and present.
· You advise the coordinators solicited and unsolicited on the purchase of materials, equipment and stock.
· You instruct volunteers (both verbally and in writing) about the use and maintenance of the material.
Who are you?
· You are prepared to familiarize yourself with the applicable safety regulations for various products and you supervise compliance with these guidelines, such as the equipment of a first aid bag.
You have a sense of humor, are easy to deal with and communicate clearly in word and writing and above all you know how to enthuse others
You are accurate, systematic and independently develop initiatives
