Location coordinator Volunteer management (voluntary)

You know better than anyone how to bind and captivate volunteers.

The Red Cross is a genuine volunteer organization. We are looking for a Volunteer Management Coordinator for our department in Apeldoorn. In this versatile position you provide advice and support in the development and implementation of the volunteer policy and ensure that sufficient people are in the right place.

What are you going to do?

· You conduct intake, progress and exit interviews with the volunteers of the Apeldoorn department.

· You help with the recruitment and selection of new volunteers where rejuvenation and diversity are important to us.

You are responsible for the implementation of the national Red Cross policy in the location in the field of volunteer management and training.

· You stay informed of developments that are important for this position.

· You will be supervised by the district coordinator volunteer management, under the responsibility of the district administration.
