Summary
Do you keep the overview? You are responsible for the planning and organization of the deployment of event aid workers at the various events in the Northern and Eastern Gelderland working area, where the Red Cross provides First Aid. The area runs from Apeldoorn to the Veluwe and the Achterhoek. You do this together with your colleague coordinator because this is a duo position. The Red Cross
The Red Cross helps people in need. We do that around the corner – and far away. We do this from the heart and with our sleeves rolled up. And we do this with many volunteers who work with passion.
What are you going to do?
- You build a thriving working group Event Help
- You promote the mutual cooperation of the department coordinators Event Help within the district
- You coordinate larger events that go beyond department boundaries
- You make agreements with external organizations about the deployment conditions
- You identify bottlenecks and make suggestions for improvement
Who are you?
- You are available about 4 to 6 hours a week
- You know how to make people enthusiastic, to connect and to make them work together
- You are in possession of a valid basic first aid diploma or you are willing to get it
- You endorse and propagate the basic principles of the Red Cross
