Coordinator Training (voluntary)

Are you the spider in the web of volunteers and training?

As a Training Coordinator, you will draw up an annual plan for the various First Aid (repeat) courses within the Event Help at your location, together with the instructors and the Event Assistance coordinators. You organize the courses, you arrange instructor, course material and classroom. You keep track of the course administration and process the data. In addition, you are a source of information for the approximately 50 volunteers regarding training opportunities and you register and signal the validity of diplomas and notes of the first responders. In addition to the contacts with the instructors and coordinators of Apeldoorn, you are part of the team of training coordinators North and East Gelderland and you work together with the First Aid Project Leader of the district.

What do we ask?

• You are great at planning and organizing and preferably have administrative experience;
• You are interested in or experience with first aid related training/courses;
• You work meticulously and accurately;
• You have at least MBO level and master the Dutch language in word and writing;
• You have knowledge of the Office programs;
• You are socially and communicatively skilled;
• You preferably live in Apeldoorn or the immediate vicinity;
• You endorse the 7 basic principles of the Red Cross.
