Do you enjoy giving presentations and leading games? Then the position of Well Prepared Workshop Leader is a good fit for you!
Do you help people prepare well for an emergency situation?
Do you enjoy giving presentations and leading games ? Are you interested in the theme of preparing for emergencies? And would you like to dedicate yourself to vulnerable target groups such as the elderly, people with limited reading skills, or those who do not yet have a good command of the Dutch language? Then the position of Workshop Leader 'Goedvoorbereid' is a good fit for you!
As a Goedvoorbereid workshop leader, you give two types of information sessions : the "No Need" workshop for smaller groups and the interactive "Goedvoorbereid" presentation for larger groups. You do this at welfare organizations, community centers, and associations in the Eastern Netherlands (Gelderland and Overijssel) . You always give workshops and presentations in pairs . You are part of a team of workshop leaders.
What are you getting?
- A challenging volunteer position in which you can further develop your qualities as a workshop leader ;
- A short training course in didactic skills and presentation techniques;

What are you bringing?
- You are interested in the theme of resilience : preparation for emergencies, such as power, gas, and water outages, flooding, illness outbreaks, extreme heat, wildfires, and the emergency kit;
- You enjoy standing in front of a group;
- You know how to stimulate and motivate participants ;
- You are aware of the importance of a network in emergency situations ;
- You are available to conduct 6-8 workshops per year .
Upon registration, you sign a volunteer agreement and a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) will be requested from you.
