Volunteer Management Coordinator (volunteer)

You know better than anyone how to inspire volunteers and connect them with each other

As a volunteer coordinator, you conduct intake, progress and exit interviews with the volunteers of the Renkum-Wageningen location. You make an active contribution to the selection of new volunteers and the guidance of new volunteers in their start-up phase. You are a point of contact for the volunteers of your location and you pay attention to their well-being, which means you play an important role in keeping the volunteers involved. Together with the current coordinator, you are responsible for the implementation of the national Red Cross policy in the location in the field of Volunteer Management. You work closely with the other coordinators of the Renkum-Wageningen location and the Volunteer Management team of the East region.

What are you taking with you?

• Involvement with volunteers and the Red Cross; an HRM background or experience with conducting interviews is an advantage;
• A strong personality with good communication and social skills;
• Team spirit and the ability to connect people;
• you can handle automated systems (Office, Teams, Red Cross software);
• You are available approximately 4 hours per week and live in or near Renkum-Wageningen.
