Event Assistance Coordinator (volunteer)

Do you keep the overview and do you have an eye for people?

As the second event assistance coordinator in the Renkum Wageningen location, you are jointly responsible for planning and organizing the deployment of event assistance providers at all events in the Renkum Wageningen area where the Red Cross provides First Aid. You make agreements with external organizations about the terms of employment. You make a planning and scenario for a deployment and discuss this with the volunteers involved. Afterwards you evaluate the activities and you identify bottlenecks and make proposals for improvement. You work closely with the current coordinator and are part of a team of coordinators in the location. In addition, there is coordination with the event assistance coordinators of the other locations in the district and the district coordinator of Gelderland.

· You are available 4-6 hours a week, possibly more during the event season and live in or close to Renkum Wageningen.
