Summary
As treasurer you are responsible for collecting contributions and swimming tickets, on average this will amount to approximately 2.5 hours per week.
Detailed description
As treasurer you are part of the daily management and you actively think about all kinds of common administrative matters, and you also take care of the financial administration.
In addition to participating in the board meetings, you are responsible, among other things, for managing the rescue brigade's funds and properties.
You are also responsible for collecting contributions and swimming tickets; the annual closing of the accounts; providing explanations to the audit committee and similar tasks.
You will also, of course, be concerned with what else is going on within the Apeldoorn Rescue Brigade and the Netherlands Rescue Brigade.
The board meets once a month for a board meeting.
The treasurer's other duties vary throughout the year.
Some weeks it will take almost no time, other weeks it will take more, such as the year-end closing.
On average it will amount to approximately 2.5 hours per week.
