Volunteer Committee

From SDO we are urgently looking for new members for our volunteer committee. The volunteer committee should consist of five people and these should be filled in as soon as possible, preferably well before the start of the new season. This is to ensure that, in the new season, the matches classified by the KNVB can be played. In addition, the canteen can be opened again for a nice chat, cup of coffee, a sandwich etc.

The newly formed volunteer committee consists of 5 people, namely:

· One chairperson;

· Two coordinators/supervisors:

o Committee room (1x)

o Bar (1x)

· Two supervisors (already completed)

Roles/tasks:

Is involved in following and where necessary adjusting the volunteer policy, use the right tools ( currently: volunteertool.nl) and is a member of the board.

Coordinator/supervisor

One coordinator's area of attention is the interpretation of the committee room. The other coordinator is the interpretation of the bar services. They are the point of contact for the committee room employees and the bar service employees. They also ensure that the bar services and committee room services are properly completed (eg with the help of the volunteer tool). The coordinator is also a supervisor.

Supervisor

During the weekend (part of the day) keep an eye on the fields, committee room, changing rooms and the canteen. We are looking for volunteers for the functions of both coordinators and supervisors, who are willing or able to spend 4 to 5 hours a week on this for the association.

In view of the importance and the time required, we can agree on a volunteer fee for the roles/tasks of the coordinator/supervisor and the supervisor, in consultation with the treasurer.
