The Veluwe Vallei Client Council closely follows all developments within Pro Persona: critically, involved, and constructively.
The Veluwse Vallei Client Council has co-determination rights regarding all matters within Pro Persona that affect the interests of clients. The council provides both solicited and unsolicited advice to the Executive Board and the management teams of Pro Persona.
The Veluwse Vallei Client Council meets regularly on Tuesdays from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. During these meetings, the council discusses current topics. These range from providing input on nutrition and housing to new construction plans and the quality of care.
What we expect from you is active participation. The client council closely follows all developments within Pro Persona: critically, with involvement, and constructively. We do not expect you to have prior knowledge of these topics or to know exactly how a client council works.
The atmosphere within the council is open, with room for humor, but also for critical discussions on topics that affect client interests.
