Place available: traineeship at Stichting Present
Are you ready for a fun challenge alongside your work or studies, or are you in a transitional phase? Present currently has openings for two young adults (aged 18-30) who want to pursue a traineeship through MDT.
During your traineeship, you'll have ample opportunity to meet (vulnerable) residents of Wageningen, make a valuable contribution to society, and develop yourself. The content will be tailored to your needs. Because if you're enthusiastic, it's much easier to make a difference.
General trainee vacancy:
During your traineeship, you'll get to know Present Wageningen inside and out. Whether you have a green thumb, enjoy DIY projects, or enjoy walking with seniors, we'll work together to find projects that suit you. You'll manage projects yourself and eventually coordinate them as well. There's also plenty of room for you to develop your own goals and desires.
Vacancy for trainee with a focus on AZC:
Present is actively involved in the asylum seekers' centers (AZCs): groups organize activities at the AZCs, and residents volunteer on practical tasks. During your traineeship, you'll focus on these specific areas. How are young people involved? And what can volunteers do for the children at the AZC? During the traineeship, you'll also visit the AZCs yourself and meet people from different cultures.
Practical information:
- In a period of 3 to 6 months you do 80 hours of volunteer work
- Personal guidance: all the space for your own goals or wishes to develop yourself
- Free access to national training courses (only available in Dutch)
