Volunteers as Operation Coordinator

This role includes the logistics of planned activities, the design of peer listening delivery, quality control, and delivery management.

Responsibilities include:

•  Helping the peer listening programme runs smoothly, with peer listening sessions able to occur. 
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in operations. 
• Making recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Establish best practices through the peer listening process.
• Help the volunteer coordinator in slotting volunteers with required slots.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent organizational, coordination, and people skills.
• Given the breadth of skillsets required and multiple groups working together to operationalize peer listening service, great organizational skills are required.
• Able to manage both working teams and volunteers, strong communication and people skills needed. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to lead teams toward organizational goals with successful outcomes.
• Tech savvy-ness is a great plus, so they are up to date with the latest modes of communication and delivery of peer listening services (e.g. Whatsapp, online platform, call rerouting).
• Hands-on experience with the help desk and remote control software is greatly beneficial.
