Detailed description
The client is central to us is more than a nice saying. We see it not only as our task to always offer every client a suitable solution. It is in the blood of every employee to think from that one special client and, above all, to act. To ensure that our vision is propagated by all PSW staff, we pay structural attention to every employee. They are the ones who can and must keep the promises. We therefore invest in training, individual coaching and team activities.
As a volunteer you will offer support for activities for and with clients: preparing lunch, board games, cards, creative activities, going to the city, walking, having a chat etc.
